Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving opportunities and executing various tasks aimed at enhancing our market presence across the APAC region. This role requires strong content creation skills, market research capabilities, and an understanding of local nuances in marketing. Ideally, a person should have appreciation for the nature of professional services, account based marketing (b2b) and digital marketing as a domain space where monks provide services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Localization:
    • Translate materials into local language ensuring cultural relevance.
    • Create high-velocity content tailored for discoverability in local search engines.
  • Content Strategy Development:
    • Propose diverse types of content including articles, blogs, videos & podcasts.
    • Write engaging articles/blogs that resonate with target audiences while optimizing for SEO. 
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify service gaps and opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends; understand the pulse of the market to propose relevant topics.
  • Client Engagement & Case Studies:
    • Develop case studies by collaborating with clients; secure their participation in promotional activities (e.g., interviews, conferences, panels etc).
  • Public Relations Management:
    •  Liaise with local press; publish PR announcements effectively, coordinate with the marketing department and leverage regional resources.
    • Line up interviews and ensure brand presence within regional media outlets.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Build event calendars, organize speaking engagements or sponsorship agreements.
    • Prepare proactively branded events alongside partners aiming for at least one event per month.

QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in growth marketing or similar roles
  • Proven track record creating localized content that drives engagement
  • Strong writing skills—ability to create compelling narratives
  • Excellent analytical abilities—capable of conducting detailed market research
  • Experience in SEO as well as other digital marketing tools/platforms
  • Experience managing public relations efforts
  • Previous experience working within tech partnerships preferred
