Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and blog posts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, using data to refine and improve strategies.
Website development: Identify opportunities, develop messaging, and work with the design and front end engineering teams to deliver a great experience to attract new customers and partners.
Social media marketing: Use social media to reach and engage with your target audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and development teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
Rapid Execution: Execute marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently, adapting to new challenges and opportunities with agility.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep Ema.co ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing.
Skills:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, keyword-rich content.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Ability to define and drive different growth marketing approaches
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong technical understanding of AI/Agentic AI is preferred
Technical background/degree preferred
