Guidewire Program Manager
ResponsibilitiesRole overview:
A Guidewire Program Director is responsible for strategic planning, program execution, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and performance monitoring to ensure programs align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Define the overall vision, goals, and objectives of programs, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure that all initiatives align with the organization’s mission and long-term plans.
Oversee program design, frameworks, timelines, and milestones to drive effective program execution.
Lead and manage teams: Responsible for leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Drive innovation and technology: The role involves driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance the Guidewire platform and services.
Customer success: Committed to customer success, ensuring that Guidewire's products and services meet the needs of its clients.
Continuous improvement: The Program Director is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of Guidewire's processes and services.
Collaboration and teamwork: The role emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, with the Program Director working closely with other team members and stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability: Must be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing market conditions and client needs.
Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies is essential. Program Directors track program progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Oversee the execution of interconnected projects within a program, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include evaluating program effectiveness, implementing improvement strategies, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and maintaining documentation and reporting standards
Client relationship management: Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Managing program budgets. Allocate resources efficiently, monitor expenditures, ensure cost control, and maintain adherence to financial plans.
The Guidewire Program Director position at is a leadership role that requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer success.
Must have experience of working with clients across multiple regions – USA, UK, Europe in a global delivery setup etc.
Should have at least 10 yrs of experience in running large Guidewire Programs and a strong knowledge of Guidewire Application(s) PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
