We are seeking an experienced leader to establish and lead the AI and Data Platform DevSecOps function across our delivery portfolio.

This leader will be responsible for Designing & Operationalizing an e2e operating model for AI/ML, Data Engg. & BI and Data Platform solutions post go-live.

This is a new role within AI & Data function & requires creating the DevSecOps operating model ground-up, including Incident Mgmt., Escalation Frameworks, SLAs/OLAs, Governance Model, Tracking & Reporting as well as defined production service delivery standards.

In addition to Operations focus, this role will also deliver on small change requests / enhancements. You will be expected to manage these product enhancements backlog with Product Owners, ensuring prioritization and delivery.  

This function will be the central “Command & Control” Team - responsible for ensuring Production Stability, Issue Mgmt. & Resolution, Root-Cause-Analysis and Co-ordination between Business, Engineering Teams and Platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations and Maintenance Op-Model Setup

  • Design & implement e2e Development Support operating model for AI & Data deliveries
  • Establish L1 / L2 / L3 support framework, defining RACI, ownership boundaries, escalation paths and coverage model
  • Define Prod Support processes, workflows and governance standards
  • Build the optimal organization structure, staffing model and skill requirements
  • Define Operating Model to support small enhancements / change requests – and how will it integrate with the broader AI Studio Delivery Model.

Incident & Problem Management

  • Lead management of production incidents across AI & Data applications
  • Establish incident triage, prioritization and severity classification model & SLAs
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents aligned to defined SLAs
  • Drive Incident Mgmt. & Communication for critical production issues

Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure RCA completion for all major incidents and recurring issues
  • Drive remediation plans, preventive controls and production hardening initiatives
  • Identify systemic issues and recommend platform/process improvements

L3 Engineering Coordination

  • Define framework for routing L3 (complex issues) to Engineering teams
  • Establish L3 escalation protocols and turnaround expectations
  • Ensure closed-loop tracking of defects and enhancements routed to development

Governance Model:

  • Define & track SLAs, OLAs, KPIs and DevSecOps metrices for continuous improvement
  • Platform DevSecOps Dashboard & Reporting for tracking and stakeholder communications
  • Lead governance forums across AI Studio Delivery & business stakeholders

Tooling & Automation

  • Define Support Tooling: Issue Ticketing, Monitoring, Alerting, Knowledge Mgmt.
  • Drive long term goal for Operational Efficiency via Automation
  • Build Knowledge-base / SoPs for products entering within purview of Platform DevSecOps

Transition to Support

  • Define “Intake Model” for Platform DevSecOps hand-off from AI Studio Engineering teams
  • Own Transition Governance for onboarding new AI & Data solutions into support

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, DataBricks)
  • Front-end skills in any (React, Angular); backend skills in Python or Java with API
  • Familiarity with LLM integrations, RAG pipelines and Prompt Engineering
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced GenAI architecture
  • Familiarity with Vector DB and Retrieval Optimization
  • Exposure to AI/ML operational support, model monitoring or MLOps
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and DevOps pipelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ yrs of experience in DevSecOps Support / Managed Services / IT Operations, with minimum 3+ yrs operating as a Support Lead
  • Education: BE / B-Tech
