What you’ll do
- Lead the Data & Analytics practice in India, supporting both onsite engagements and global in-house delivery.
- Mentor and guide a growing team of 50+ onsite and offshore data professionals, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build, scale, and optimize a Center of Excellence (CoE) for data engineering, reporting, business intelligence, and AI.
- Act as the primary SME and escalation point for India data delivery; provide thought leadership and delivery oversight.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify & enable cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Support pre-sales, client pitches, and proposal development for data projects and analytics initiatives.
- Define and standardize best practices for data modeling, quality, automation, and agile delivery processes.
- Drive internal capability building in advanced analytics, visualization (e.g. Domo, Power BI), and platforms (e.g. Snowflake, DataBricks).
- Represent OneMagnify India’s data capabilities to clients, prospects, and global leadership.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, data science techniques, and industry innovations to drive differentiation in client delivery.
What you’ll need
- 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with a proven track record in leading data practices or delivery teams.
- Expertise in BI, reporting, data engineering, and cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake/DataBricks, Domo/PowerBI/Tableau, AWS/GCP/Azure, SQL/Python/Spark).
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics frameworks, and agile development.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore models across enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to shape strategy, drive adoption, and build client trust.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a consultative and commercial outlook.
- Experience in leading data and analytics teams focused on marketing performance, customer insights, or personalization at scale.
- A track record of translating complex analytical findings into actionable business strategies and measurable ROI improvements.
