Role Summary


We’re looking for a Head of Field Marketing to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in the U.S. market. This role is pivotal in scaling marketing programs, executing high-impact events, and collaborating with sales to accelerate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable field marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted marketing programs and high-quality lead generation.
  • Oversee in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences and sponsorships, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing field marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create regional marketing plans tailored to different sales territories.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology startups. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in scaling pipelines and driving revenue growth in high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in event management, demand generation, and sponsorships.
  • Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
