Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Account Managers, SEO Specialists, Webflow Developers, WordPress Developers, and other team members.
Own the end-to-end delivery of client services, ensuring projects and ongoing engagements are executed efficiently and successfully.
Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and business growth.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, effective stakeholder management, and quality service delivery.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and operational issues.
Drive resource planning, workforce allocation, and capacity management across multiple teams and client accounts.
Develop and implement scalable processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define delivery strategies, growth initiatives, and service improvement plans.

Oversee the successful execution of SEO, website development, website maintenance, and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital services, managed services, digital marketing, website operations, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership, managerial, or delivery management role.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of SEO, website development, digital marketing, client delivery, and account management practices.
Working knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, website management processes, and SEO best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and client engagements simultaneously.
Experience establishing KPIs, managing performance, and driving operational improvements.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction, team performance, and organizational objectives.
