We’re looking for a visionary Head of Growth Marketing to help bring the power of Zowie AI to businesses worldwide. In this role, you’ll merge strategic thinking, creative innovation, and data-driven execution to fuel exponential growth.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns: Generate a high-quality pipeline via multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, social media, email marketing, partnerships, content syndication, events, paid ads, podcasts, thought leadership).
  • Make data-driven decisions: Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Experiment & innovate: Guide the growth strategy with learnings from frequent experimentation and quick iterations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and effective lead qualification.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack: Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • Track record of high achievement in driving growth in sales-led B2B SaaS
  • Naturally curious and creative mind willing to think outside the box and experiment
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with marketing budgets of min. $500k per year
  • Track record of successfully leading a team of strong professionals
  • Clear and confident communication

Please note, as you'll be working a lot with the Teams in Europe (Central European Time), Zowie needs the Marketing Leader to be in Eastern or Central Time in North America. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
