As we rapidly scale and expand, we're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own our growth engine, drive demand, and turn strategy into scalable execution. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll build, execute, and continuously optimize a performance-driven growth engine. We are hiring for a role that may be scoped at the Senior Manager, Head, or Director level depending on candidate experience.

Areas of Responsibility
- Pipeline Growth & Optimization: Own the marketing funnel from lead generation to SQL, with a focus on selecting and owning marketing channels, accelerating pipeline creation and conversion
- Segmentation & Targeting: Develop audience-specific strategies to engage MSOs, ACOs, health plans, and provider groups operating in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Identify a serviceable addressable market (SAM) and convert that into a serviceable obtainable market (SOM).
- Performance & Demand Generation: Selects and manages marketing channels to drive high-intent engagement.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Build a rigorous framework for testing channels to improve conversion and ROI.
- Sales Enablement: Drive leads into a CRM and build a marketing funnel that supports sales prioritization and lead scoring. Own and optimize the lead acquisition funnel.
- Analytics & Attribution: Own marketing analytics and attribution across the funnel — measuring CAC, engagement by persona, channel effectiveness, and revenue impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Ops to align on messaging, market needs, and user insights.
- Team Building: Support the VP of Marketing to recruit and lead a high-performance growth team, instilling a test-and-learn culture of accountability and creativity.
Ideal Qualifications for this Position
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience both in-house and at an agency, including 2+ years in health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS. Title will be scoped depending on experience and fit.
- Demonstrated ownership or support of pipeline or sales goals, with experience aligning marketing efforts to CRM metrics.
- Understanding of risk-bearing healthcare organizations (MSOs, ACOs, payers) and experience marketing in regulated segments such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
- Ability to define and target a serviceable addressable market with a data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot to build landing pages, configure lead scoring, and manage handoffs to a sales team.
- Proven experience building and optimizing lead generation campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
- Experience managing or partnering with external creative resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear, outcome-oriented messaging.
- Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained startup environment — willing to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution as needed.
- Bonus: Experience marketing healthcare services to medical professionals or clinic administrators.

- Base salary for this role is $110,000-160,000 + bonus + equity. We are hiring for a role that may be scoped at the Senior Manager, Head, or Director level depending on candidate experience and fit. Compensation will be commensurate with the final level of the role.
