As a Professional Services Onboarding Analyst within Healthcare Payments, you will play a crucial role in transforming the payment experience for healthcare providers, payers, and patients. Join JPMorgan Healthcare Payments, a leader in healthcare technology and services, and be part of a mission to simplify, secure, and enhance the payment process.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding queues for Healthcare Payments customers.
  • Configure and ensure accuracy of account setup with Healthcare Payments solutions.
  • Maintain documentation in CRM.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and partners as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
  • Actively participate in initiatives to support customer onboarding and process improvements.
  • Assist in testing new software releases.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of multiple tasks.
  • Ability to rapidly learn InstaMed's platform and solutions.
  • Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Healthcare technology experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
