Job Description

As a Home Lending Marketing Strategy Lead on the Marketing Strategy & Transformation team, you will support marketing objectives by driving towards market share growth, customer engagement, and integration across lines of business aligned with "One Chase". In addition, you will drive business transformation through modern technology platforms that enable personalized consumer journeys and workflow optimization approaches such as Agile methodologies.
Job responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand market dynamics, competition, and customer needs.
  • Analyze product mix, Chase's market share, and identify customer gaps.
  • Use personalization strategies across digital and offline channels to engage customers throughout the homebuying journey.
  • Develop and test value propositions, considering financial returns, execution constraints, and risks.
  • Assess and optimize marketing performance.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years in marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in segmentation, targeting, lifecycle management, messaging, and consumer experience optimization.
  • Ability to assess opportunities, prioritize, and plan execution.
  • Experience in designing and executing multichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment with various partners.
  • Strong narrative-building and communication skills for complex topics.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with modern marketing stacks, including web, mobile apps, CRM, CDP, and automation tools.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and diverse topics.
  • Understanding of industry drivers like macroeconomic factors, interest rates, and the regulatory environment.
  • Master's degree or MBA in Marketing.
