Your role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR issues, providing guidance and support on key people-related decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and keep abreast of employment law developments
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and the HR function
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business and the industry, and use this knowledge to inform HR strategy and initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Your Background:

  • We are looking for

  • MBA with work experience of 3- 5 years in Human Resources.
  • A go-getter who is  good in communication, and can challenge status quo to implement talent solutions aligned with Aptiv mission
  • A Learning enthusiast who is well read, follows the latest  trends in HR and can effectively implement learnings as new talent solutions
  • Skill Set Requirement

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Experience leading HR projects and initiatives from start to finish
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Work experience in High tech Preferred
