Assist with recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, job postings, and candidate coordination. Support onboarding, documentation, employee records, HR databases, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, engagement activities, policy compliance, and basic employee queries.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding and documentation process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
Help organize employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Handle basic employee queries

Qualifications:
