Technology Solutions is a Chennai-based AI products and solutions company. We
build enterprise products, including TimeIQ, FinOpsIQ, and an Agent Platform
built on Anthropic Claude and Google Cloud. As a growing organisation, our
people function plays a vital role in supporting business growth and building a
strong workplace culture.
We are looking
for a highly capable, target-driven HR Executive with strong hands-on
experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for IT and technology roles.
Recruitment
will be the primary responsibility, accounting for approximately 70% of the
role, while the remaining 30% will focus on employee relations, HR operations,
and other HR-related activities.
The candidate
will independently own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding
hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer management and successful
joining. She must be capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously,
coordinating effectively with hiring managers and recruitment vendors,
achieving hiring targets, and closing positions within the agreed turnaround
time (TAT).
Strong
recruitment expertise, sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and
accountability for hiring outcomes are the primary selection criteria. Prior HR
operations experience is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be
provided for operational responsibilities.
The ideal
candidate should also be approachable, organised, and capable of handling
employee concerns professionally and confidentially. The role reports directly
to the Head of Human Resources.
A. Recruitment – 70% (Primary Responsibility)
· Independently own and manage
the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical
positions, from requirement intake to candidate joining.
· Work closely with hiring
managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and prepare
effective job descriptions.
· Source and attract candidates
through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and other
relevant sourcing channels.
· Coordinate with recruitment
vendors, manage candidate submissions, and drive vendor-led hiring to ensure
timely closure of open positions.
· Conduct initial HR screening to
assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the
role.
· Coordinate interviews, obtain
timely feedback from interview panels, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
· Manage candidate communication,
salary negotiations, offer coordination, and follow-ups to maximise offer
acceptance and joining rates.
· Take complete ownership of
assigned hiring requirements and work towards defined recruitment targets,
ensuring positions are closed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
· Proactively follow up with
candidates, hiring managers, interview panels, and recruitment vendors to avoid
delays and achieve hiring targets.
· Monitor recruitment progress,
identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to meet hiring deadlines.
· Maintain accurate recruitment
trackers and share regular hiring progress reports with leadership.
· Track recruitment metrics,
including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance, and
offer-to-joining ratios.
· Support campus recruitment
drives, internship programmes, and trainee-to-full-time conversion activities.
· Build and maintain a pipeline
of qualified candidates for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
· Ensure a positive candidate
experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key expectation: The
candidate must be an independent, target-driven recruiter who takes
accountability for hiring outcomes and timely position closure, rather than
someone who only sources candidates or coordinates interviews.
· Handle employee concerns,
grievances, and queries professionally and confidentially, with particular
attention to supporting women employees.
· Support POSH awareness
initiatives, employee engagement activities, company events, and exit
interviews.
· Coordinate onboarding,
background verification, employee documentation, and HRMS records.
· Support attendance, leave
management, payroll inputs, and the preparation of employee letters.
· Assist with statutory
compliance documentation relating to PF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, and
other applicable employment requirements in coordination with the Head of HR
and Finance team.
· Coordinate mandatory employee
training programmes and maintain completion records.
· Support HR policy
implementation, employee handbook updates, and other HR documentation
requirements.
· Maintain accurate HR records
and assist with general HR administration and operational activities as
required.
Note:
Employee relations and HR operations together account for approximately 30% of
the role. Priorities may vary depending on business requirements.
Requirements5. Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in any
discipline; an MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW (HR) is preferred.
· 3–5 years of overall HR or
recruitment experience, with strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end
recruitment.
· Proven experience recruiting
for IT and technology roles.
· Mandatory hands-on experience
using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
· Strong expertise in candidate
sourcing, resume screening, initial HR interviews, interview coordination,
salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate follow-ups.
· Demonstrated ability to
independently manage multiple vacancies and deliver hiring outcomes within
agreed timelines.
· Experience coordinating with
recruitment vendors and driving position closure through external sourcing
channels.
· Strong stakeholder management
skills and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and interview
panels.
· Target-driven mindset with a
strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in closing positions
within the agreed TAT.
· Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
· Strong organisational skills,
follow-up discipline, and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment trackers
and hiring reports.
· Empathetic, approachable, and
capable of handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and
confidentiality.
· Basic HR operations knowledge
is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with strong recruitment expertise
and limited HR operations experience will be considered, as training will be
provided.
· Experience in recruitment
within a startup, product-based company, or technology organisation.
· Experience managing campus
recruitment drives and internship programmes.
· Familiarity with additional
recruitment platforms, candidate databases, and sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn
and Naukri.
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit.
· Experience supporting employee
engagement activities or handling employee grievances.

particularly encouraged to apply as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen
