By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest or Brasov.
How you’ll make an impact:
Solves situations related to policies and third party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;
Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;
Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;
Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction;
Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;
Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur.
Skills that make your work successful:
You have a B2 minimum level of Spanish and English;
You may be a junior professional or have 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position;
You have great communication skills and can build strong internal relationships;
You are a team player with good adaptability to changing team contexts;
You are reliable, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple processes effectively;
Bachelor's degree may be required.
