FE fundinfo is a global leader in investment fund data and technology.  We are proud of our vast, diverse, and highly skilled team, who help to make our industry Better Connected and Better Informed. We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join our team in Chennai.

Our HR & Office Management function centralises around the safety, development and engagement of our People across all our office locations.   We define and deliver People related processes to support the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers to provide them with the tools they need to support their teams.  The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.   

 Your primary responsibilities will include,  

  • Implementing robust HR processes aligning with our global practices & policies 
  • Implementing KPIs and metrics for measuring HR effectiveness, HR service delivery, and employee satisfaction 
  • Owning compliance related responsibilities and ensuring 100% compliance of the company’s processes with labour laws.

 Your key responsibilities as a HR Manager will be to:

  • HR process implementation & efficient record management
  • Enhancing the employee onboarding experience
  • Owning regulatory compliance
  • HR reporting and analytics
  • Building robust HR policy structures   
  • Promoting a culture of high performance
  • Building employee relations and effective grievance handling
  • Governance of attendance and leave management systems
  • Champion employee engagement for collaboration

 To join us as a HR Manager you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. 
  • Ability to lead, coach and engage productively with a team to drive them towards success 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
