The HR Operations Analyst will provide high-quality HR support, audit data interfaces between financial systems and Workday, manage time off processes, calculate accruals, and respond to report requests. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
ERM is seeking an organized, hands-on HR Operations Analyst to provide high-quality HR support. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, is detail oriented, and is willing to support data auditing between systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit data interface between company financial system, GMS/BTS and Workday to ensure accurate paid time off recording.
- Manage bank time process for NA businesses.
- Manage weekly updates to billability goals in GMS (finance system)
- Calculate accruals lost during unpaid personal leaves.
- Monitor time off balances to ensure appropriate use while providing notification to the manager and HR as needed.
- Respond to ad hoc report requests; prepare, summarize, analysis as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years or more experience in handling confidential information with integrity and discretion, strong financial attributes preferred with human resources data interest.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, exceptional Excel skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint experience a plus).
- Exposure to HRIS systems and reporting skills, Workday a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a succinct, clear fashion.
