How will you do it?

• Manage backend administration of Learning operations such as enrollments, logistics management, attendance etc
• Process account creation, basic troubleshooting of online trainings.
• Point of contact for Tier 1 on queries from employees and managers.
• Good understanding of corporate learning management system (LMS).
• Administration of performance management activities such as review reminders, reports etc.
• Re-routing, cancellation or push-forward of performance review forms.
• Transition of processes of off-shore locations, articulate and script standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Train new joiners and peers, share new learning and ensure knowledge is retained.  
• Contribute to the development, utilization and evaluation of internal processes to ensure efficient HR operations and customer service satisfaction.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement as it applies to HR practices and implements changes as appropriate.
• Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to resolve broader issues or inquiries

What we look for?

• 2 – 5 years of working experience in Talent Management or Training (L&D) administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has worked or managed L&D operations in a HR Shared Services set-up.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Flexible in EMEA or AMER shifts as per business requirements.
