Job Description HR- People Operations 

BitGo is looking for an HR - People Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our HR operational processes and systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in supporting employees, managers, and HR colleagues.

  • Process optimization and development for HR systems and programs
  • Raising the bar for HR services by utilizing systems effectively through reporting and giving managers and employees the support and tools.
  • Document, review and improve existing processes using best practices
  • Day-to-Day Support for employee relations, reporting, onboarding and compliance
  • Maintaining and supporting transactional HR processes, including administration, payroll assistance, liaising with recruitment and owning benefits.
  • Provide proper reporting and application of policies, programs and systems.
  • Employee relations for non-exempt employees
  • Provide the orientation for new hires.
  • Immigration related, and leave management
  • Vendor Management for various HR needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Having a broad scope of responsibilities and at the same time being able to maintain a high service level of daily deliverables as HR Ops to managers and employees.
  • Experience working with an ATS and partnering with Recruiting teams
  • Self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication with audiences across all levels of the company 
  • Team oriented; willing to occasionally step-in and take on responsibilities outside of immediate scope when needed
