You will own end-to-end hiring for high-volume operational roles and complex technical positions. You are expected to move fast, screen hard, and deliver results.
What You Will Own

- End-to-end hiring for high-volume roles and technical roles
• Daily sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Aggressive screening to eliminate weak candidates early
• Running make-or-break pre-screen calls with authority and control
• Partnering directly with leadership on role calibration and hiring decisions
• Maintaining clean pipelines and real-time hiring visibility
• Driving offer closures and candidate commitment
• Raising overall recruiter quality through example, not theory.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
• Direct experience recruiting technical roles
• Experience hiring for fast-moving, high-pressure organizations
• Strong English communication and executive presence
• Ability to push back, challenge hiring managers, and protect hiring quality
• Comfortable working US time zones when required
