Job Responsibilities:
The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime, and leading the implementation of a new payroll system, Dayforce. This role involves ensuring data integrity, providing system support, and driving process improvements to enhance HR operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead the implementation of the Dayforce payroll system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Dayforce implementation.
- Train HR staff and end-users on the new payroll system functionalities and processes.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics using Workday and ADP eTime.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-making.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR system users.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR staff and end-users.
- Address user inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime.
- Experience in implementing payroll systems, preferably Dayforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
