MongoDB is seeking an HRIS Administrator who will be a trusted resource in our HR system platforms, act as a consultant to the organization -- understand processes and where data exists, what limitations there may be, and how to transform into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources, HR technology, and is interested in building highly strategic and impactful solutions using a variety of technologies.
This role will be based remotely in India.
Responsibilities
- Experienced in direct client interaction working with key stakeholders and customers across the globe to provide solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their HRIS requirements and provide expert guidance on system configuration and best practices including all available solution options
- Responsible for the administration, configuration and on-going maintenance of various modules within our HRIS cloud systems as assigned
- Collaborate with and assist HRIS Engineers with company-wide HRIS projects and systems, with an ability to interpret business needs and evaluate, enhance and build tools to automate scalable processes, and present ideas and recommendations to HR stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day system production support, including resolution of all system related issues
- Conduct and coordinate testing for system enhancements and system changes due to new or changing business requirements, as well as software upgrades and releases
- Develop, document, and maintain system administration procedures, and employee resource guides
- Submit and monitor open tickets for system fixes or enhancements globally
- Monitor global workflow, functionality, and permissions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS administrator and configuration experience in 2-3 SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation is required); Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 module expertise is a plus
- Ability to independently assess system configurations and partner with business process owners to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools
- Enthusiasm for learning new technology and a passion for process improvement and data integrity; interest in driving administrative efficiency with accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
- Understanding of HR processes and data to ensure correct and efficient integration of HRIS system
- Strong presentation skills for varied audiences, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the creation of proofs of concept to present to various stakeholders throughout the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly desirable; other certifications are a plus
