What We'll Bring:

Job Summary: The GATS HRIS Architect will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless operation and integration of the HR application stack, including but not limited to Workday, Phenom, LMS solutions like Cornerstone, ADP, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and technology, as well as the ability to design and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and architecture of HRIS systems to ensure alignment with business goals and HR strategy.
• Manage the integration of various HR applications to provide a cohesive and user-friendly experience for employees.
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of HRIS systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and IT to identify and implement system improvements and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies across all HRIS platforms.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to HRIS users and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in HR technology.

Impact You'll Make:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HRIS architect or similar role, with a strong background in Workday, Phenom, Cornerstone, ADP, and other relevant HR applications.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
