Citi’s Information Security Programs drive a holistic view of IS risk across the organization and, by working in close partnership with the businesses globally, focus on actively reducing risk. IAM is a global organization within CISO located across the globe. IAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. 

Responsible to consolidate remaining IS operations from business, CTI and satellite (in-country) offices, to meet the regulatory requirement of centralizing all Information Security (IS) functions under a single management structure – Global IAM.  Need to work closely with App Manages & Business Stakeholders for new and legacy applications and with country O&T, Technology Sectors, HR, Legal, Compliance and CTI for activities remained within the country.

Responsible for planning and executing all migrations of IS Operational functions into IAM Strategic Service Delivery sites.  This individual will be a key member of the IAM Migrations Team with a direct reporting line to the IAM Migrations Global Head.

 The individual is responsible for ensuring the IAM Migrations have a clearly defined process with a robust governance and reporting model. Responsibilities will include the assessment of the legacy IS Operations processes for both compliance and effectiveness, preparation of migration to IAM and successful delivery of the migrated function in committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project management.
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end Citi Processes, Policies, Standards and governance
  • Supports IAM Migrations Global Head to develop governance and migration strategy to execute the overall Business strategy, including any ad hoc requirements from App Managers, Business stakeholders, BISOs & TISOs related to migrations.
  • Provide IS consulting services, including interpreting / clarifying IS policy, procedures, standards, or concepts to ensure processes are appropriately aligned with Citi compliance standards
  • Creates runbooks and processes to support the successful migration
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate compliance with Information Security (IS) policies, practices, and procedures to deliver solutions to a variety of IS related issues
  • Execute collaboration across business and technology partners to influence all levels of cross-functional teams, such as other Information Security Programs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technology, and Sector Representatives
  • Good understanding of CBDC, iCAP, MCA Process
  • Knowledgeable of key IAM concepts (App Lifecycle, Role-based access, Segregation of Duties, privileged access, etc.)
  • Ensures adequate Risk and Control processes are in place in all functions that are migrated
  • Prepares reports on progress and manage all risks and issues
  • Works closely with Service Delivery, Risk and Control, Metrics, Market place, Process Re-engineering, Automation, Finance and Partner Relationship Management lead.
  • Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of a team
  • Developed communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
