Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
· Background as a qualified accountant would be advantageous but is not essential.
· Experience working in Financial Reporting (FINREP, IFRSIFRS9) either in BAU or Change roles, where an understanding in IFRS reporting requirements and end to end process would be advantageous but is not essential. · Techno-finance professional with experience of working in data heavy environment/s.
· Overall experience  in banking/finance/regulatory environment.
· At least 5 years of experience on reporting focused BA roles and experience on data projects.
· Excellent requirement analysis, functional design and data analysis skills especially in Financial reporting.
· Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
· Understanding of cloud technology is desirable.
· High level of analytical skills and ability to grasp complicated functions in short period of time
· Well-practiced at documenting and sharing accumulated knowledge
· Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines.
· Sound problem solving, planning & organizing skills · Should be flexible to stretch at work across shifts.
· AI literate with working knowledge of appropriate, ethical usage within guardrails
