This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes and solutions. The candidate will act as the technical expert building out new architectures and strategies around IGA.
This candidate will be experienced in implementing IGA for a large enterprise, with a focus on information security to align identity management to policies and procedures. In this role, the individual is encouraged to support the overall evolution of the program and the execution roadmap. They also help align it with the rest of the GoDaddy platforms to provide a secure and unified experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IGA specialist to dive right into our IGA implementation to ensure our highest valued assets & resources are accessed securely!
What you'll get to do...
Promote a positive security culture for the organization by protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and assets while assisting the company to successfully meet its strategic goals. The role holder will contribute to the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of security processes and solutions throughout the enterprise according to policy and risk. This role also supports the development and maintenance of the security environment and architecture to ensure the assets are protected. Be a champion for their team and other business units to promote a secure organization through positive knowledge sharing, training, influence, and conduct. Serve as a member of the Information Security team, providing mentorship from various IT subject areas, emphasizing information security.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of IGA systems
- Support the configuration and maintenance of identity lifecycle management processes
- Participate in identity and access reviews, including periodic access certifications and audits
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management, access provisioning, and authentication mechanisms
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in documenting procedures, guidelines, and best practices related to identity management
Your experience should include...
- 2+ year of IGA experience, showcasing your proven expertise in the field
- Experience with identity governance tools such as SailPoint or similar platforms
- Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)
- Scripting knowledge in Python and Powershell
- Strong ability to handle evolving and complicated objectives, adapting to changing circumstances, and successfully implementing solutions
