Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Digital Solutions Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end scanning and digitization projects at both customer sites and Iron Mountain Information (IMI) facilities.
You will lead a high-performing team on the ground, ensuring seamless, qualitative, and on-time project delivery while supporting our vertical leads in achieving critical revenue targets.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the execution of digitization projects, managing critical sign-offs for Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and Work Completion Certifications (WCC) to ensure delivery aligns with the scope of work.
Responsibility 2: Supervise and manage on-ground working teams alongside vendor-managed staff, coordinating groups of 50 or more personnel to achieve daily and monthly productivity goals.
Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols while integrating advanced technology and automation into project workflows.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2 to 5 years of experience in the digitization trade, specifically managing large-scale scanning projects and team sizes of 50+ members.
Strong knowledge of production imaging equipment, including Automatic Document Feeders (ADF), Overhead, Flatbed, and BookEye scanners, as well as Document Management Systems (DMS).
Proven ability in Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting and deep proficiency in Google Sheets to track project health and team output.
A Bachelor’s degree (required), while a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is preferred.
