The Pricing Analyst will develop pricing proposals, analyze market data, support pricing strategy development, and coordinate approval processes for pricing papers.
-We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic pricing team
-In this role, candidate will grow into a key contributor by developing proposals for product/ pricing actions to maximize overall profitability to guide business decisions.
-Candidate will deeply immerse with the markets’ competitive environment, customer dynamics and regulatory framework relevant to pricing
-Candidate will closely interact with the cross-functional teams across markets that is vital to deliver timely and high quality pricing proposals
Responsibilities-Support pricing paper development:
-Collect the basic data to support the pricing paper development from existing sources and automate where possible
-Compile relevant data to support business case for product change requests
-Support in preparing business case to define & propose entity, option, option pack line up
-Prepare price position based on competition and support strategy development
-Coordinate Market alignment and support pricing paper approval process
-Support Annual or Cyclical Reviews: Provide data for Monthly Price Position Reporting; Support developing Annual Price Strategy
-Development of ongoing general pricing and product/ pricing realignment proposals to maximize overall profitability
-Support pricing / revenue initiatives & projects
Qualifications-Educational Qualification - MBA / CMA / CA / Engineering Degree
-No. of Years of Experience - 7–10 years of experience. Automotive exposure is a plus.
-Preferred skillsets - Foundational knowledge of marketing/sales analytics and data visualization. Excellent presentation skills.
-Strong Communication skills (Oral & Written) and Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
