JOB SUMMARY
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze renewable energy project agreements to identify and abstract compliance obligations in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Own preparation, organization, and maintenance of compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for upload into Radian Digital systems and integration into implementation workflows.
- Evaluate contract agreements and amendments to determine required updates to compliance trackers, implementation deliverables, and system records, escalating complex impacts as needed.
- Provide advanced implementation support through high‑quality data entry, documentation reconciliation, quality reviews, and execution of ad‑hoc project tasks with minimal supervision.
- Actively contribute to implementation training sessions and process workshops, applying learnings to daily work and supporting continuous improvement of contract review and compliance abstraction practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to gather required information and ensure alignment on implementation activities.
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates requesting and validating documentation, clarifying open items, and supporting timely and efficient onboarding of project agreements.
- Maintain and enhance implementation dashboards, trackers, and status reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established best practices and internal guidelines.
- Support other team members by providing guidance, reviewing work for quality, and sharing best practices related to contract abstraction and compliance tracking.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION
- B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 3-5 years of related experience.
- Renewal Energy (Solar) Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills to support internal collaboration and client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to independently review, interpret, and abstract key contractual terms, obligations, and risks from renewable energy agreements.
- Solid understanding of solar project structures, commercial terms, and common contract types (e.g., site leases, EPCs, O&M, PPAs, financing agreements), with the ability to apply this knowledge during implementation.
- Proven ability to follow, interpret, and apply written and verbal instructions while exercising judgment within established processes and implementation frameworks.
- High attention to detail when analyzing contract terms, entering data into compliance or implementation systems, and performing quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Experience working within established processes while proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross‑functional team and contribute to shared implementation goals.
REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets
- Basic knowledge in Implementation specific platforms and tool sets
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Renewable Energy
- Experience in reviewing contracts or project agreements
- Experience in Project Implementation/Onboarding process
- Experience with a U.S. based company
- Experience with Customer Support or Client Interaction
