Position: Project Manager Location: India (Remote with PST shift) Employment Type: 1 year contractual with possibility of extension
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
· Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when needed
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders
· Ensure all documentation is maintained and shared appropriately
· Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and post-project reviews
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in tech, operations, or marketing projects)
· Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
· PMP or similar certification is a plus
