Specific responsibilities and accountabilities focused on FXas follows:
Support roll out of FX services across Inchcape Shipping Services
- Work with SMEs across the organisation to monitor/improve the FX solution by assessing any problems, incorporating and implementing feedback and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, progress, and addressing any concerns
- Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration/communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve any issues that occur within the workflow with an emphasis on root cause analysis to facilitate product development.
- Work with the various product teams to enhance and improve our current solution
- Adhere to and promote group policies, reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Develop and enhance knowledge of FX markets to enhance product offering
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Stay updated on FX products, services, and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining operational processes through documentation updates and cross-training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience and understanding of Foreign Exchange
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar systems related role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent self starter, capable of evaluating issues and working and driving the business to find and implement solutions

- Experience at Business Unit level with excellent communication skills

- Experience of working in a pressurized environment as tasks are time-critical
Education and Professional Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or related field
