We are looking for experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineers to manage and support the core IT infrastructure, including virtualization platforms and cloud environments. This role is essential for maintaining high availability, performance, and security across systems and services, with responsibilities spanning Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Microsoft Azure workloads.

- 8+ years of system administration/engineering experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2008–2022), Linux basics
- Strong Active Directory and Exchange administration skills
- VMware vSphere/Hyper-V virtualization expertise
- Microsoft Azure administration (VMs, storage, networking, PaaS basics)
- Experience with patch management (WSUS, SCCM) and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
- Exposure to ERP/Finance application support is a plus
- Manage and patch servers, domains, and applications.
- Support Exchange and AD operations (policies, domains, authentication).
- Administer VMware/Hyper-V and Azure workloads.
- Monitor and optimize capacity, performance, and availability.
- Ensure regular backup, recovery testing, and disaster readiness in collaboration with the SNA team.
- Provide L3 escalation support for Service Desk issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Spanish language proficiency is optional but highly desirable and considered an advantage.
