About the role

The Inside Account Manager will manage and retain an assigned portfolio of existing customers across India and Southeast Asia. Primary focus on contract renewals, ensuring on‑time and accurate execution. You will drive strong customer relationships to support long‑term retention and contribute to upsell and cross‑sell activities. Work cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Account Support, and Operations to deliver renewals and new sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle for an assigned customer portfolio across India and SEA
  • Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal dates to confirm intent, identify risks, and secure early or on‑time renewals
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial renewal discussions
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Account Support, and Operations teams to address usage trends, service issues, and operational dependencies impacting renewals
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks through customer insights, renewal signals, and targeted retention strategies
  • Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by identifying relevant add‑ons, upgrades, or expansions within existing accounts
  • Develop new leads and business opportunities with new logos to meeting new sales target
  • Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasting in CRM systems, ensuring visibility of status, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure contractual accuracy and renewal efficiency at scale, coordinating pricing, terms, and documentation in line with standard renewal processes

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales and account management
  • Proven experience managing contract renewals, including objection handling and on‑time closes
  • Exposure to upselling or cross‑selling within an existing customer base, ideally tied to renewal cycles
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience supporting customers across India and Southeast Asia
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, renewal pipelines, and forecasting
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple renewal timelines simultaneously
