Instagram Growth Lead

Independently leads data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, combining complex data sources to generate actionable insights. Performs exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and LLM model development. Communicates findings through executive presentations and data visualizations while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Partners with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and applies emerging analytics, statistics, and machine learning techniques to business challenges.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and DL models (classification, regression, clustering). Perform feature engineering, EDA, and preprocessing. Use PyTorch/TensorFlow and model interpretability tools (SHAP). Build end-to-end ML pipelines, run experiments, and work on GenAI/LLM use cases (embeddings, summarization, transformer architectures). Collaborate to productionize models and write clean, well-documented Python code.

Responsible for the reliability, scalability, monitoring, performance, automation, and security of large-scale data platforms. Duties include incident response, troubleshooting data pipelines and storage, capacity planning, infrastructure deployment, disaster recovery, performance optimization, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. The role requires developing automation tools, managing cloud and distributed data systems, and supporting high-availability data products.
