Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Design instructionally sound training programs incorporating principles of the ADDIE model and Gagne's Nine events
  • Create training content incorporating the adult learning principles and that appeals to learners with varied learning styles
  • Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and developing methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting materials/media (Audio, video, simulations, role-plays etc.)
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Postgraduation or degree in HR management, business administration, technical field or equivalent  
  • Certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage
