What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Deliver Comprehensive Learning: Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led and self-paced curricula using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) principles to drive technical proficiency and implementation success.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner closely with program managers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex technical information into actionable learning outcomes and high-quality supporting media.

  • Optimize Performance and Compliance: Establish clear performance criteria and assessment instruments to evaluate learner impact, ensuring all training aligns with organizational standards and the latest product capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in designing and developing content and curricula specifically for enterprise software learning and development programs.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate.

  • Core Competencies: Proven ability in project management and public speaking, with the creativity to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate course production.
