Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s needs is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding of integration goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms to support seamless data exchange between systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
