Summary of the role/ Scope:

The Intercompany Process Transformation Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of E2E Intercompany processes, working closely with global process experts, GBS Operations, and business stakeholders.

A key focus is to ensure alignment with global standards, facilitate the transition to future-state service models, and contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives, such as SAP S/4HANA. The Process Transformation Manager enables consistency, efficiency, and performance through strong process governance, stakeholder engagement, and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of future-state Intercompany  processes and service delivery models.
  • Collaborate with the Process Expert/ Lead, Global Process Owner, and key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Maintain and update global process documentation, ensuring consistency with standards and policies.
  • Contribute to ERP transformation efforts (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) by gathering business requirements and supporting process optimization.
  • Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to promote global process understanding and adoption.
  • Monitor process performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter resource, providing guidance to process users and driving process maturity across teams.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Solid experience in Intercompany process improvement, transformation, or shared services roles.
  • Familiarity with E2E Intercompany processes ( Policies, KPI, …)  and global service delivery models.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate deliverables and timelines across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across functions and regions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process documentation, compliance, and standardization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
