We invite a talented Intermediate Software Engineer with full-stack experience in Angular and Node.js to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop and enhance both the frontend and backend components of a cloud-connected CMS – part of a larger digital ecosystem – enabling quick-service restaurants worldwide to upload and display digital menu content across in-store devices.

Is that you?

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer using Angular 2+ and Node.js
  • Familiarity with testing and API tools such as Jest and Postman
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins
  • Understanding of cloud principles and familiarity with at least one major cloud platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Clear and effective communication with strong teamwork skills
  • Intermediate+ English level
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback, willingness to learn and seek support when needed

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of SQL databases
  • Experience with backend frameworks like Nest.js or Express.js for API development
  • Practical experience with AWS
  • Experience with event-driven architecture projects

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you can enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup – working primarily remotely, with occasional visits to our project lab in Wroclaw when possible.

  • Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular
  • Build and improve backend APIs and services with Node.js
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality features
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share best practices
  • Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly
  • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
  • Work with in-store devices (e.g., digital displays, TVs, and other related hardware) during occasional visits to the Wroclaw lab
  • Communicate progress and challenges clearly within the team
