What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement events
  • Manage project timelines, task lists, and status updates
  • Manage recruitment for early careers
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Create and distribute internal communication materials
  • Maintain proper documentation for project activities and vendor

Job specific requirements:
  • Final year with minimum classes to attend from Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication (or related)
  • E2E Project Management (Planning, Budgeting, Executing, Reporting & Evaluating) skill required
  • Good interpersonal skills (clear & concise when delivering message to business partners)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva
  • Simple creative or video editing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong in organizational experiences
