The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, data management, and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview arrangements.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Handle filing and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in preparing letters, presentations, and other HR correspondence.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills
Undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
