THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive Intern QA Engineer with a desire to learn Web Automation / Manual testing to help our quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement and innovation across our processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in creating, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases for web
  • Support functional and regression testing across multiple devices – mobile, tablets, desktop and web
  • Help identify, log, and track defects in JIRA
  • Support QA test planning and contribute to end-to-end (E2E) test automation initiatives
  • Learn and develop expertise in the Matific product suite
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand and contribute to quality processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (recent graduates and 3rd year students welcome)
  • Strong interest in QA, automation, and software testing
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices is a plus
  • Willingness to learn functional, regression, and cross-device testing
  • Familiarity with multiple devices and platforms (mobile, tablets, desktop) is a bonus
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for quality, attention to detail, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
