Support Services
- Provide support to Company Secretary office including managing legal repository and records for storage and retrieval in the new CLM tool
- Undertake to study legacy contracts and agreements, proper categorization and uploading of the contract records in the CLM tool
- Maintain local documentation as required by legislation (including archiving/tracking/retrieval).
Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience.
- Pursuing Bachelor's in law any university within India
- High attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to solve routine problems and to convey issues constructively.
- Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of the consequences.
- Understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
