Intern – Technical Content Writer (Marketing)

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Technical Content Writer Intern to support our marketing team in developing compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to use storytelling and engaging hooks to communicate complex technology and business concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Content: Write and optimize website pages, service descriptions, solution pages, landing pages, and industry-specific content.
  

• Social Media Content: Develop engaging LinkedIn posts and content for other social media platforms, including campaign copy, thought leadership posts, technology updates, and brand communication.
  

• Technical Content Writing: Research and create blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and technology explainers.
  

• Audience Psychology & Hooks: Understand target audiences, their interests, challenges, and motivations to create attention-grabbing hooks, headlines, opening lines, and calls to action.
  

• Storytelling & Copywriting: Use storytelling and persuasive copywriting techniques to communicate business challenges, technology solutions, customer success stories, and value propositions.
  

• Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of brochures, presentations, sales collateral, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  

• Technology Research: Research and simplify concepts related to Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  

• SEO & AEO: Apply search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) best practices, including keyword research, content structuring, headings, and metadata.
  

• Content Strategy: Contribute ideas for content calendars, marketing campaigns, industry trends, and audience-focused content initiatives.
  

• Editing & Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, readability, grammar, consistency, originality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  

• Performance & Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, audience engagement patterns, and evolving B2B content marketing practices.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and technical teams to gather information and create content aligned with business objectives.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Strong research, analytical thinking, and storytelling abilities.
  

• Understanding of audience psychology, content hooks, persuasive copywriting, and engagement strategies.
  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  

• Familiarity with content marketing, digital marketing, and SEO fundamentals.
  

• Strong attention to detail, grammar, tone, and content quality.
  

• Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• Experience creating social media content, blogs, articles, or academic writing projects.
  

• A portfolio of writing samples, personal blogs, published articles, or social media content.
  

• Familiarity with SEO tools, content management systems (CMS), and AI-assisted writing tools.
  

• Basic knowledge of B2B marketing, technology services, and enterprise solutions.
