Intern – Technical 

(Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Bodywear team as an Intern – Technical based at Ratmalana. This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands-on experience while accelerating your personal development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engagement in ongoing development projects in the team.

  • Actively engage with relevant stakeholders and commitment to meet the defined timelines and targets.

  • Analytical support with data driven solutions

  • Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians

  • Participate in customer fit sessions and contribute to fit-related improvements

  • Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications


KEY REQUIREMENTS 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel, Statistics or Diploma Qualification (NDT) background, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.

  • Basic Pattern Making skills.

  • Knowledge and capability in Analytical Tools, Data management and Project management skills would be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
