What You Will Do:
The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs’ intern on real world projects, showcasing the Guidehouse culture, and providing them with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.
 
What You Will Need:

• During your assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges faced by our clients.
• The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. 
• Our Intern is a temporary, entry-level position where individuals gain hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
• Interns may also assist with data management, automation, reporting, and system development while learning best practices in Salesforce administration and development.
• You will often collaborate with teams to support business processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system functionality.
• This role helps interns develop technical and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to real-world CRM applications 
• You’ll be working with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks.
• Depending on your area of study and team assignment, this position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients in different technologies such as Celonis, Appian and salesforce etc.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
• Minimum Degree: must be perusing Bachelor of Engineering

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Preferred academic backgrounds are candidates pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Shows excellent attention to detail and can produce and revise both technical and non-technical documents as well as graphical presentations.
• Capable of analyzing problems from different perspectives and applying various solutions.
• Quickly synthesizes information and adapts to learning new skills
