Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong foundation in software development who are eager to kickstart their careers in a collaborative and innovative environment.
As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will be a part of an Agile team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in dotnet.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using react
- Utilize Azure for cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field with some coursework around Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of dotnet, SQL, docker is essential.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of react is needed.
- Good to have Azure cloud knowledge.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and dynamic approach.
- A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
