We are looking for a passionate and experienced Ionic Developer with strong front-end skills in Angular and hands-on experience integrating Cordova/Capacitor plugins. The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor capable of delivering scalable, responsive, and maintainable hybrid mobile applications with a strong understanding of both web and mobile ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and Angular frameworks.
- Integrate native functionalities using Cordova or Capacitor plugins.
- Write scalable and maintainable code using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Ensure responsive UI using SCSS, media queries, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Use RxJS / NgRx for reactive state management.
- Perform unit testing using Karma and Jasmine.
- Contribute to technical design documentation (HLD, LLD) and architecture discussions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Debug, profile, and optimize apps across different mobile platforms.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience with Ionic and/or Cordova/Capacitor plugin development.
- At least 2 years of experience with Angular.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cordova, Capacitor, and plugin development/integration.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and media queries.
- Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or similar reactive programming tools.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Good to Have:
- 1+ years of native iOS or Android development experience.
- Knowledge of mobile build and deployment tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, etc.).
