AS-ISG-DC-HLS Business Analyst & Advisory

As a Business Analyst & Advisory, you will play a crucial role in our AS-ISG-DC-HLS department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate validation of discounts and promotions for Cisco products, a task that demands a high level of precision and organization. This role is integral to our project team's success, as it directly impacts our ability to deliver precise and timely information to our clients. Responsibilities

• Validate discounts and promotions for Cisco products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify and rectify any discrepancies in pricing and promotions.
• Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of precise and relevant information.
• Stay updated with the latest Cisco product offerings and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date validation.
• Document and communicate any issues or deviations from standard procedures to the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on validation processes and best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality and consistency of validation processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or advisory role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with Cisco products and promotions is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
