Reporting to the VP of Solutions Delivery, the Director of CRM & Marketing Solutions will lead the strategic direction, innovation, and delivery of CRM solutions across McKesson Canada. This role is responsible for driving business transformation through technologies and AI, enabling scalable, intelligent, and customer-centric business processes. This is a role with strategic and delivery responsibilities. The Director will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external delivery partners.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

  • Define and execute the CRM & Marketing technology strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Champion innovation through AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and customer engagement.
  • Lead the roadmap for CRM capabilities and implement solution delivery automation.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners and act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Technical Oversight & Governance:

  • Provide technical direction for CRM & Marketing instances and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and lead system audits and upgrades.

Leadership & Delivery:

  • Manage delivery teams and partners, oversee sprint planning and execution.
  • Guide architectural decisions and solution demonstrations.

Solution Delivery Automation & COE Development:

  • Build and lead a Center of Excellence to drive standardization and innovation.
  • Implement automation practices to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Complex Environment Navigation:

  • Navigate complex enterprise environments and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
What You Bring
  • Proven success in leading CRM strategy, architecture, and delivery.
  • Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 12+ years of 
    relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Preferable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience building and leading a Center of Excellence.

  • Familiarity with solution delivery automation tools and practices.

  • Experience navigating complex enterprise environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in Salesforce leadership roles.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$124,800 - $208,000
